Job Title- Non-IT Recruitment Team Lead

Location: Gurgaon (WFO-5 Days)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruitment Team Lead who can independently manage recruitment operations and lead a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in bulk/volume hiring, candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, and achieving recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Non-IT Recruiters.
Handle bulk/volume hiring across multiple positions and locations.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining.
Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels.
Monitor team performance against daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
Conduct candidate screening and interviews as required.
Coordinate with clients/hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and daily hiring reports.
Ensure timely submission of quality candidates and improve joining ratios.




Handle candidate follow-ups, offer coordination, and joining closures.
Train, mentor, and motivate recruiters to improve productivity.
Identify hiring challenges and implement quick sourcing solutions.

Mandatory Requirements:
4–6 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
Hands-on experience in Bulk/Volume Hiring is mandatory.
Minimum 1–2 years of team-handling/leadership experience preferred.
Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
Experience handling multiple requirements and high-volume recruitment targets.
Positive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment workplace.
