Role Overview:

We are looking for a Non-IT Recruitment Team Lead with robust experience in bulk hiring, team handling, sourcing, and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Non-IT Recruiters.
Handle bulk/volume hiring across multiple roles.
Manage recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining.
Drive daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
Coordinate with clients/hiring managers on requirements.
Monitor team performance and maintain recruitment MIS.
Manage candidate follow-ups, offers, and joining closures.
Train and mentor recruiters to improve productivity.

Mandatory Requirements:
4–6 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
Bulk/Volume Hiring experience is mandatory.
1–2 years of team-handling experience preferred.
Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience handling multiple requirements and hiring targets.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable in a quick-paced workplace.

Candidates residing in Delhi NCR are preferred.
