-Manage procurement of pest-control chemicals, equipment, PPE, and other operational materials.

-Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.

-Maintain optimum inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.

-Track material movement from suppliers to warehouse and client sites.

-Maintain purchase orders, stock records, invoices, and other supply-chain documentation.

-Monitor supplier performance, pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.

-Coordinate with Operations and Accounts teams for material requirements and procurement.

-Plan material requirements based on operational demand and upcoming projects.

-Reduce unnecessary procurement costs and minimize material wastage.

-Ensure proper storage, handling,



and availability of chemicals and equipment as per company procedures.

-Monitor stock shortages, excess inventory, and damaged/expired materials.

-Prepare regular procurement, inventory, and supply-chain reports.

????????????:

-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or a related field.

-3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory, or logistics.

-Experience in Pest Control, Facility Management, or a service-based industry will be preferred.

-Valuable vendor negotiation and coordination skills.

-Strong knowledge of inventory and procurement processes.

-Positive communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

-Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.

-Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage time-sensitive requirements.
