Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mac System Administrator with strong networking knowledge to manage and support our organization’s Apple devices, IT infrastructure, and network environment. The candidate should have hands-on experience in macOS administration, end-user support, network troubleshooting, security, and IT asset management.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Mac desktops and laptops.
Manage macOS upgrades, software installation, patching, and security updates.
Manage users, permissions, policies, and device configurations.
Administer Mac devices using MDM solutions such as Jamf, Microsoft Intune, or similar tools.
Provide technical support for macOS, Windows, printers, email, and business applications.
Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs, VPNs, switches, routers, and firewalls.
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
Manage antivirus, endpoint security, data encryption, and access controls.
Maintain IT assets, licenses, inventory,



backups, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and network-related support.
Ensure timely resolution of user issues and maintain proper incident records.
Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including device setup and access management.

Required Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in system administration and networking.
Strong hands-on experience with Apple macOS and Mac hardware.
Experience with MDM tools such as Jamf or Microsoft Intune.
Valuable knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, routing, and switching.
Experience with firewalls, endpoint security, antivirus, and data backup.
Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 administration.
Robust troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to independently manage IT support and infrastructure activities.

Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant technical certifications will be an advantage.
