Role Description The Trade Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.

The Trade

Executive will manage day-to-day trading activities, including coordinating with suppliers and buyers, handling purchase and sales orders, and supporting contract execution.

Responsibilities include tracking shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, monitoring pricing and market trends, and maintaining detailed records of transactions. The role involves close collaboration with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries,



adherence to quality requirements, and compliance with relevant regulations.

The Trade

Executive will also support client communication, respond to inquiries, and help identify recent trading opportunities in domestic and international markets.

Qualifications
Strong skills in trade operations, including order processing, documentation handling, and shipment tracking.
Proficiency in market research and basic data analysis to monitor pricing trends and support trading decisions.
Effective communication and negotiation skills for coordinating with suppliers, buyers, and internal teams.
Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in records and reports.
Comfort with MS Office tools and business software; experience with ERP or trading systems is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field; relevant experience in trading, minerals, or commodities is preferred.
Understanding of international trade practices, Incoterms, and basic export-import procedures is beneficial.
Ability to work in office in Hyderabad, collaborate in a team environment, and adapt to evolving business needs.
