Hiring Alert | Track / P-Way Engineer – Railway Project

Apurvakriti Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Track / P-Way Engineer to join our Railway Ballasted Track Project team.

Location: Jharsuguda, Odisha

Position: Track / P-Way Engineer

Employment Type: Full time

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience: 5–8 years in Railway Track / P-Way Construction, with preferably relevant experience in Ballasted Track works on OHE railway lines.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure track laying activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and railway standards
Monitor track alignment, gauge, level, cross-level, cant and track geometry
Supervise ballast spreading, regulating, lifting, lining, tamping and finishing activities
Coordinate rail laying, PSC sleeper installation, track fittings and fastening works
Supervise rail welding, LWR/CWR, destressing and related P-Way activities
Execute and monitor turnout, SEJ and other permanent-way works




Coordinate with construction, engineering, QA/QC, safety and other project teams
Coordinate with Client/PMC/Consultant for inspections, approvals and technical issues

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of Railway Track / P-Way construction
Experience in Ballasted Track construction and track geometry
Knowledge of rails, PSC sleepers, ballast, fastenings and track fittings
Knowledge of Indian Railways / RDSO standards and specifications preferred
Positive site coordination, supervision and reporting skills
