Qualification: M.E. / M.Tech in Structural Engineering
Experience: 5–9 Years
Key Responsibilities
Design and analyze steel structures in compliance with relevant IS codes and project specifications.
Prepare structural design calculations, design reports, and construction drawings for steel structures and PEB buildings.
Review and approve structural design calculations, fabrication drawings, and erection drawings submitted by PEB Vendors.
Design steel structures including PEB frames, columns, rafters, bracings, platforms, mezzanines, and other structural steel elements.
Review and approve STAAD files submitted by PEB Vendors.
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, geotechnical consultants, PEB vendors, and project teams to ensure integrated designs.
Provide technical support during project execution and resolve site-related structural and steel design issues.
Review fabrication and connection detailing and ensure compliance with approved designs and quality standards.
Conduct site visits to inspect steel structural works and monitor structural quality during fabrication and erection.
Ensure designs are protected, economical, and optimized for fabrication and construction.
Support value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives in structural design.
