Ambit Finvest Private Limited is looking for a passionate Trainer Manager / Manager Capability Specialist to drive capability building and leadership development across the branch network.
The role will be responsible for building managerial effectiveness, strengthening leadership capabilities, and driving the Branch Manager (BM) Capability Journey across assigned clusters.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and facilitate the BM Capability Journey through structured learning milestones.
Conduct programs on Manager Capability Building, Leadership Development & Managerial Effectiveness.
Deliver functional training across Product, Credit, Operations, Systems, Sales & Compliance.
Use case studies, role plays, practical activities and interactive learning methods.
Identify capability gaps through branch interactions and provide targeted coaching.
Partner with Business & L&D; stakeholders to address cluster-level capability needs.
Track training effectiveness, assessments, feedback and training MIS.
Travel extensively across assigned branch locations.
Requirements
4–6 years of overall experience.
2+ years specifically in Manager Capability Building / Leadership Development / Managerial Effectiveness Training.
NBFC / BFSI / Banking experience preferred.
Robust facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
Valuable understanding of financial services, products and business processes.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned clusters.
