Role Description The Staff role at Techademy is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the staff member supports day-to-day operations across learning, HR, and platform-related activities, ensuring smooth execution of programs and services.

Responsibilities may include coordinating with internal teams and clients, maintaining accurate documentation, assisting in the scheduling and delivery of learning interventions, and supporting the use of Techademy platforms such as Yaksha, MakeMyLabs, and Virtutor. The role also involves tracking key performance metrics, resolving operational issues, and contributing to process improvements that enhance learner and client experiences.

Candidates should possess strong organizational and coordination skills,



with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Candidates should possess valuable communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, mentors, and client stakeholders.
Candidates should possess basic technical aptitude, including comfort with digital platforms, data entry, and common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software).
Candidates should possess problem-solving and analytical skills to monitor program performance, identify issues, and support continuous improvement.
Candidates should possess a customer-focused mindset and the ability to support learners and clients in a professional and responsive manner.
A bachelor’s degree in business, HR, education, IT, or a related field is preferred; experience in L&D;, HR operations, or EdTech environments is an added advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, adapt to evolving priorities, and maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
