We are a deep tech startup focusing on the development of aero engines and turbines for defence and energy applications. We are a dynamic team of aerospace enthusiasts. We are a passionate group focusing on scientific first principles based analysis and development followed by rapid hardware iterations. This is a fast paced work workplace and demands quick execution and tangible results in a short period of time.
Location: HiTech Defence & Aerospace Park, Bengaluru
Fully on-site prospect
Responsibilities:
● Perform advanced energetic, vibration, and rotor energetic analyses on high-speed turbomachinery and engine components within a fast-paced hardware iteration cycle.
● Develop and refine predictive numerical models to evaluate harmonic response, transient dynamics, and dynamic load interactions across complex rotor-bearing systems.
● Lead experimental modal testing, impact testing, and dynamic characterization of rotating and stationary assemblies for analytical model correlation and validation.
● Evaluate critical speeds, stability margins,
and Campbell diagrams to mitigate resonance and severe forced vibrations in active aero engine development.
● Collaborate cross-functionally with thermal, structural, and aerodynamics teams to resolve multi-physics interdependencies and drive rapid hardware execution.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering; master's preferred.
● 2 - 3 years of experience in structural dynamics
● Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus)
● Proficiency in first principles based analytical calculations and modeling
