Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams. Develop and enhance application components using

C/C++

and related technologies. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Design robust and maintainable software following object-oriented design principles. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews,



and technical decision-making. Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize system efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Required Skills Solid hands-on programming experience in

C/C++ . Experience with

C#/.NET Development . Solid understanding of

Object-Oriented Design & Programming . Experience working with

Post-Trade Systems & Workflows . Knowledge of

Transaction Processing and Financial Calculations . Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience with software design patterns and best development practices. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Financial Services domain experience. Exposure to high-volume transaction processing systems.

Experience leading teams and mentoring developers. Knowledge of system integration and enterprise application architecture.
