SPM Study Abroad is looking for energetic and career-focused candidates to join our Madurai team as a Student Counsellor – Study Abroad.

Location: Madurai

Employment Type: Full time

Experience: 1+ Year Preferred

Freshers with Good English Communication Skills Can Also Apply

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students interested in studying abroad
Understand students' academic background and career goals
Guide students on suitable countries, courses and universities
Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins
Follow up with prospective students and parents
Explain admission requirements, intakes, scholarships and application processes
Coordinate with admissions and visa processing teams
Maintain proper student and lead follow-up records
Work towards counselling and admission targets

We're Looking For:




1+ year of relevant counselling/admission experience OR freshers with strong English communication skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in speaking with students and parents
Robust follow-up and convincing skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic computer knowledge
Interest in the overseas education industry
