Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and enhance microservices-based solutions, ensuring high availability, resiliency, and maintainability.
Develop event-driven applications utilizing Kafka and other messaging technologies.
Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems.
Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications running on Kubernetes (K8s) settings.
Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code review processes.
Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal system efficiency and scalability.
Drive engineering best practices around code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, and operational excellence.
Mentor and support team members while fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Java backend development and Spring Boot.
Proven experience in designing and developing microservices-based architectures.




Expertise in building and maintaining scalable, cloud-native applications.
Experience with Kafka or similar messaging/event-streaming platforms.
Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and containerized application deployment.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ownership mindset with a focus on quality, reliability, and customer-centric solutions.

Desirable Skills
Experience with Docker and container orchestration technologies.
Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and logging tools/frameworks.
Exposure to database technologies such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership initiatives.
