Role Description The Technology Trainer is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for delivering engaging training sessions on technology tools, platforms, and concepts. This role involves designing and conducting classroom and lab-based training, facilitating hands-on exercises, and supporting learners in applying new skills to real-world scenarios.

The Technology

Trainer will collaborate with curriculum and product teams to align training content with organizational goals, update materials based on feedback, and ensure sessions meet defined learning objectives. Daily activities include preparing lesson plans, conducting assessments, tracking learner progress, and providing individualized support and coaching.



The role also involves staying current with emerging technologies and best practices to keep training offerings relevant and effective.

Qualifications
Solid skills in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design to create structured, outcome-focused training programs.
Demonstrated ability in Training and Education to deliver clear, engaging, and practical technology instruction.
Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts in accessible language.
Familiarity with common technology stacks, tools, or platforms (e.g., software development, cloud services, data tools) and willingness to continuously learn.
Experience using learning management systems (LMS & AI ) and digital training tools to manage content and track learner progress.
Proven ability to work with diverse learner groups, adapt to different learning styles, and provide constructive feedback.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or educator in technology or related domains is highly beneficial.
