Role Description The Presales Executive is a full time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements, presenting suitable product and solution offerings, and supporting the sales team with technical and functional insights. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing proposals and presentations,



conducting product demonstrations, coordinating with internal technical teams, and responding to client queries. The Presales Executive will also assist in solution design, participate in customer meetings, and maintain accurate documentation of prospects, forecasts, and presales activities. Collaboration with sales, engineering, and support teams is key to ensuring successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Ability to understand and explain technology solutions such as video conferencing, PBX and telephony systems, industrial computers, rugged devices, home automation, display solutions, and security or system integration offerings.
Robust presales and sales support skills, including requirement gathering, solution mapping, proposal creation, product demonstrations, and customer presentations.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
