Role Description The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving student enrollment and revenue growth by identifying new leads, nurturing prospects, and closing sales for The TuitionE’s tutoring services. This full time, in office role based in Kolkata involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, outbound and inbound calls, presentations, and follow-ups with families and schools.



The Senior Sales Executive will collaborate with academic and operations teams to understand program offerings, prepare customized proposals, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for current clients. The role includes monitoring sales metrics, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and contributing to sales strategies and campaigns to expand The TuitionE’s presence in target markets.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in education, edtech, or services sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with parents, students, and institutional partners.
Ability to manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, product demonstration, and deal closure.
Proficiency with CRM tools, lead tracking, and basic data analysis to monitor performance and optimize sales activities.
