Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Consultant with robust expertise in Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365 workloads. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in assessments, transitions, transformations, and migrations across hybrid and cloud identity settings, and will play a key role in advising clients while also executing technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute assessments of existing Active Directory, Entra ID, and M365 environments to identify gaps, risks, and modernization opportunities.
Design and drive transition and transformation roadmaps for identity infrastructure (on-prem AD to Entra ID, hybrid identity models).
Plan and execute migrations of AD, Entra ID, and M365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams) — including tenant-to-tenant migrations, domain consolidations, and hybrid setups.
Provide hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of AD DS, Azure AD Connect/Entra Connect, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and hybrid identity synchronization.
Work closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements, define migration strategy, and manage risk/rollback plans.
Prepare technical documentation: assessment reports, architecture diagrams, migration runbooks, and transformation roadmaps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, infrastructure, cloud) to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
Stay current with Microsoft’s evolving identity and M365 ecosystem, and recommend best practices.
