Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Receptionist role based in Durgapur. The Front Desk Receptionist will greet visitors, manage incoming and outgoing calls, and ensure a qualified and welcoming front office setting.



Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, directing visitors and callers to the appropriate departments, and managing appointment schedules and meeting room bookings. The role involves performing basic clerical tasks such as maintaining records, sorting mail, and supporting administrative documentation. The receptionist will collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth office operations and uphold EMIL’s standards of customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills, including managing front desk operations, appointments, and office documentation.
Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills to handle calls and visitor interactions professionally and courteously.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to coordinate with internal teams
