The Role
We are hiring an HR Generalist who lives and breathes payroll, compliance, and statutory advantages, and who can own the entire employee journey on top of it. Recruitment,



business partnering, engagement: all yours. Payroll and statutory are your anchor, but you get something rare: a genuine mandate to rebuild the processes, policies, and systems behind People Ops as we scale past the 50+ countries we already operate in. What You’ll Own
• Payroll (core). Run the end-to-end monthly payroll cycle for India: inputs, processing, reconciliation, payslips, and full-and-final settlements. Zero slippage.
• Statutory compliance (core). Keep us fully compliant across PF, ESIC, PT, TDS on salaries, gratuity, bonus, Shops & Establishments, and every labour register and filing.
• Statutory & company benefits. Administer statutory and company advantages, including group medical cover enrolments, changes, and the employee queries that come with them.
• Employee lifecycle. Own the full jour
