About the Role
We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day marketplace operations across Amazon and other online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product listing, catalog management, inventory, order processing, marketplace operations, and account health.
The person should be detail-oriented, comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, and capable of identifying and resolving operational issues independently.

Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Listing & Catalog Management
Create and update product listings on Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces.
Manage product titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, attributes, pricing, and other catalog information.
Ensure listings are accurate, complete, and compliant with marketplace guidelines.
Monitor listing suppression, stranded listings, catalog errors,



and other listing-related issues.
Coordinate with content/SEO/design teams for listing improvements.
Amazon & Marketplace Operations
Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central and other relevant marketplaces.
Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer-related operational issues.
Track inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/operations teams to avoid stock-outs.
Monitor FBA/FBM or equivalent fulfilment processes.
Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace support for operational issues.
Account Health & Compliance
Monitor Amazon Account Health, policy notifications, listing restrictions, and performance issues.
Identify potential risks such as suppressed listings, policy violations, negative customer feedback, or high cancellation/return rates.
Raise and follow up on Seller Support cases until resolution.
