Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Executive role based in Bengaluru, aimed at immediate joiners with a compensation of up to 35,000. The Customer Service Executive will handle incoming and outgoing customer interactions via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests. Daily responsibilities include resolving customer issues, providing product or service information, documenting interactions in support systems, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to address escalations, maintaining service quality standards, and contributing to process improvements. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, meeting performance targets, and maintaining a professional and respectful tone in all customer communications.
