Role Description The Sales Executive role at Tradepass is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the Sales Executive will identify and qualify prospective clients, build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, and promote Tradepass conferences, exhibitions,



and training programs to drive delegate and sponsorship sales. The Sales Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, including outreach, presentations, negotiations, and closing, while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. Daily activities include making outbound calls and emails, conducting product demonstrations, collaborating with marketing and operations teams, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also involves gathering market insights, contributing to sales strategies, and representing Tradepass professionally during client meetings and industry events.
Qualifications
Robust business development and B2B sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
Experience in selling services such as conferences, events, training programs, or similar solutions to corporate clients.
