Role Description This is a full time, on-site Internship Talent Acquisition role based in Trivandrum. The intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, posting job descriptions on relevant platforms, and assisting in campus and early-career hiring initiatives. The role also involves contributing to employer branding efforts by supporting recruitment marketing campaigns, helping organize hiring events, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The intern will work closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition team, learning best practices in recruitment operations and documentation.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to support end-to-end hiring processes.
Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to evaluate applicants and assist in selection decisions.
Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to contribute to recruitment marketing and talent attraction initiatives.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple requisitions and tasks simultaneously.
Interest in HR, Talent Acquisition, or related fields; pursuing or having a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred.
Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
Ability to work in office in Trivandrum and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
