Role Description The Retail Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the Tynimo Store in T2 Mumbai International Airport. This role involves overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and floor management. The Store Manager ensures high levels of customer satisfaction, supervises the sales team, and provides guidance and support to maintain service standards. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, managing visual merchandising, tracking sales performance,



and implementing retail loss prevention measures. The role also requires training team members, handling customer escalations, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, and collaborating with management on promotions and local marketing initiatives.
Qualifications

Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to resolve issues and build long-term relationships.
Excellent Communication skills to lead teams, coordinate with management, and engage effectively with customers.
Demonstrated Store Management experience, including staff supervision, scheduling, inventory oversight, and adherence to operational standards.
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring shrinkage, implementing controls, and promoting a culture of compliance and safety.
Previous retail or lifestyle brand management experience, preferably in fashion or consumer goods
