Assistant / Senior Assistant – Sanskrit Research Support
Department: Vaideek Peeth
Location: Jaipur

Job Purpose
To support ongoing research on the scientific interpretation of Vedic literature through translation, documentation, and textual analysis. The role requires proficiency in Sanskrit, Hindi, and English for research typing, script translation, and manuscript preparation. The Assistant will aid in preserving ancient knowledge systems and bridging them with contemporary understanding.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in Sanskrit-Hindi-English translation of Vedic scriptures and commentaries.
Support preparation of research papers, presentations, and manuscripts.
Conduct textual analysis and contribute to scientific interpretation of Vedic concepts.
Type research content/documents accurately in Hindi, English, and Sanskrit.
Coordinate with internal editorial and cultural teams on documentation.
Maintain organized records of translated and source material.
Ensure timely completion of assigned translation, typing, and research support tasks.




Uphold linguistic, scriptural, and formatting accuracy across all outputs.

Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate in Sanskrit (Essential).
Solid grip over Vedic literature and classical Sanskrit texts.
Proficiency in typing in Hindi, English, and Sanskrit is mandatory.
Prior experience in translation, academic writing, or research assistance preferred.
Ability to understand and explain traditional texts in up-to-date scientific context.
Comfortable using MS Word or similar document processing tools.
