As a CCE, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling
their inquiries, concerns, and providing timely and accurate solutions. Your
role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty, as you will
build strong relationships and offer personalized assistance. You will be part
of a dynamic and cooperative team, working together to achieve outstanding
customer service standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries via email
and live chat.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring a thorough
understanding of their needs.
Offer product and service recommendations, upselling and cross-selling where
appropriate.
Handle customer complaints and escalations, resolving issues efficiently and
maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records, ensuring data
integrity.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide
feedback on product and service improvements.




Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to offer accurate
information.
Ensure compliance with company protocols and maintain a high level of
customer confidentiality.
Actively contribute to team goals and support colleagues when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a
college degree in a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call
center setting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to
communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to handling
inquiries.
Proficiency in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM)
systems.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
simultaneously.
