Job Description:
We are looking for a curious, research-oriented, and proactive Planning & Strategy Executive to support the development of brand, communication, and business strategies across a diverse client portfolio. This role requires a solid interest in consumer behavior, market trends, and cultural insights, along with the ability to translate research into meaningful strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
● Build robust internal relationships and develop confidence in managing client interactions.
● Support and execute research initiatives by gathering data, conducting market analysis, and utilizing various research tools and methodologies.
● Analyze client businesses, consumer behavior, competitive landscapes, and category trends to uncover meaningful insights.
● Translate research findings and strategic inputs into transparent, compelling, and well-structured presentations.




● Contribute to the development of strategic recommendations, communication frameworks, and creative briefs.
● Present findings and ideas confidently to internal teams and clients when required.
● Bring fresh perspectives and unique points of view to strengthen strategic thinking and creative output.
● Proactively share industry trends, cultural shifts, consumer insights, and emerging media opportunities.
● Support the creation of newsletters, trend reports, and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
● Take ownership of assigned projects and deliverables while actively seeking feedback and continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills:
● 6 months - 1 year of experience in strategy, research, marketing, communications, consulting, or related fields.
