As we expand our offerings and reach, we are looking for an Academic Lead who can provide solid academic direction to the organisation and ensure that our solutions are built on sound educational principles. This role will work closely with the leadership, product and implementation teams and will be responsible for shaping the academic vision behind Edinno's programs, curriculum, products and learning experiences.
Role Overview
The Academic Lead will be the academic anchor for the organisation. The individual will be responsible for developing academic frameworks, guiding curriculum design, reviewing learning outcomes and ensuring that all STEM and Robotics solutions are educationally relevant,
engaging and impactful. The role requires a solid understanding of STEM education, Robotics, Coding, Design Thinking and emerging technologies, along with a deep familiarity with educational standards, learning frameworks and school systems.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Direction
• Provide academic leadership across all STEM, Robotics and technology-based learning solutions developed by Edinno.
• Define learning goals, competency frameworks and progression pathways for students across different age groups.
• Ensure that all programs and products align with established educational standards and learning outcomes.
• Act as the academic reviewer for new products, curriculum and solution concepts.
Curriculum Development
• Lead the design and continuous improvement of STEM and Robotics curriculum for K-12 learners.
• Develop structured learning pathways covering Robotics, Coding, Artificial Intelligen
