Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Inspector to perform routine inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished products. The role will ensure that products meet defined quality standards and specifications while identifying and controlling non-conforming materials and products.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect incoming raw materials as per defined specifications and quality standards.
Conduct regular in-process quality inspections during production shifts.
Inspect finished goods and ensure quality clearance before dispatch.
Check product dimensions, appearance, functionality, and other specified parameters.
Record inspection results accurately in inspection sheets and quality registers.
Identify, report, segregate, and tag rejected or defective materials/products.




Raise and communicate non-conformities to the concerned Production and Quality teams.
Maintain inspection records, sample records, and quality documentation.
Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring quality defects.
Coordinate with Production to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
Ensure compliance with established quality procedures and inspection standards.
Maintain proper housekeeping and follow safety and quality practices on the shop floor.
