The Growth Lead will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and revenue growth across a portfolio of products through digital channels. The role holder will own the end-to-end growth strategy, leveraging data, analytics, customer insights, marketing automation, and digital platforms to deliver business outcomes.
The individual will work closely with Product, Data, Analytics, Technology and Business teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize customer journeys, enhance campaign effectiveness, and maximize return on marketing investments. The role also involves leading a team of Growth Managers and Campaign Managers and fostering a data-driven growth culture across the organization.

Growth Strategy & Business Ownership
Define and execute growth strategies for the assigned product portfolio to achieve acquisition, engagement, conversion, and revenue objectives.
Own and drive business outcomes - customer growth and product adoption targets.
Identify growth prospects across the customer lifecycle and develop interventions to improve funnel performance.




Establish short-term and long-term growth roadmaps aligned with business priorities and organizational goals.

Campaign & Journey Management
Design, launch, and optimize data-driven campaigns across digital channels including Mobile App, Push Notifications, Email, SMS, WhatsApp.
Drive customer lifecycle management by developing targeted onboarding, engagement, cross-sell, upsell, retention, and reactivation journeys.
Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations to improve conversions and ROI.
Build personalized customer experiences using audience segmentation, behavioural analytics, and customer insights.

Team Leadership
Lead and develop a team of Growth Managers and Campaign Managers.
Establish transparent goals, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks for the team.
