Role Description The Special Assistant to the Co-Founder will provide comprehensive support to one co-founder, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a quick-paced client service environment. This full time role is primarily work-from-home, based in Bengaluru. Daily responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings,



managing travel, maintaining records, and preparing client-facing documents and other correspondence. The role also involves organizing internal and external meetings, tracking action items, conducting research, and proactively anticipating Co-Founder needs to improve efficiency and overall organizational professionalism.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and based in Bengaluru.
Strong organizational skills and detail-orientation, including for calendar management, meeting coordination, client follow-ups, and document organization.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with team members, clients, and partners.
Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., email, calendar applications, spreadsheets, and presentation software) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
