Role Description The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Tynimo Store in Mumbai in a full-time, in office capacity. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising sales associates, and ensuring the store is well-presented and stocked according to brand standards. The Store Manager monitors sales performance, implements promotional activities, and supports visual merchandising to drive footfall and revenue. They handle customer escalations, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensure adherence to retail policies and procedures.



The role also involves managing cash handling, minimizing shrinkage through loss prevention measures, and preparing regular operational and sales reports for management.
Qualifications
Solid skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to handle queries, resolve concerns, and build long-term customer relationships.
Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, team coordination, and the ability to give constructive feedback.
Proven Store Management experience, including staff supervision, inventory oversight, sales tracking, and adherence to brand and operational standards.
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring store activities, implementing controls, and ensuring compliance with security procedures.
Experience in fashion or lifestyle retail, with an understanding of visual merchandising and fast fashion trends.
