The Role
As a Solutions Specialist, you will focus on designing, shaping, and presenting domain specific technology solutions that address customer business and technical requirements. This role centers on solution definition, cost modeling, and value articulation across infrastructure, project, and consulting services. You will work closely with internal solutioning and sales partners and engage directly with customers to translate complex requirements into explicit, deliverable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:




Develop domain specific solutions that align customer requirements with Kyndryl services and capabilities
Analyze customer business and technical needs and convert them into solution architectures and cost models
Support solution strategy discussions by clearly articulating business value, technical tradeoffs, and delivery considerations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather technical inputs, assumptions, and constraints required for proposals
Contribute to bid and proposal development by owning solution documentation and presentations
Participate in customer meetings to explain solution design, scope, and outcomes in practical terms
Support deal progression through solution refinement, risk identification, and handover readiness
