Quality Assurance Associate – Design Services

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance qualified to audit completed design/digitized files, identify defects, analyze root causes, and drive continuous quality improvement across Design Solution Teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality audits of completed digitized files and sampled designs.
Identify, classify, and document critical and minor defects affecting final output/client requirements.
Perform root cause analysis and track recurring errors by designer, shift, job type, and client.
Provide structured quality feedback to Designers, SMEs, Leads, and Managers.
Maintain quality dashboards and prepare daily/weekly quality reports and trend analysis.
Monitor corrective actions and support continuous process improvement.
Ensure consistent quality standards across teams, shifts,



and client requirements.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1+ year of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in Design Services/Production Quality.
1+ year of experience with Excel dashboards, data analysis, and quality reporting.
Hands-on experience with design/digitizing software such as Wilcom, Pulse, or similar tools.
Solid attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive English communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Ability to understand design/production workflows and customer requirements.
Willingness to work night shifts.
Experience in embroidery digitizing, vector artwork, virtual artwork, or similar design environments will be an advantage.
