Hiring | Sr. VP – Accounts & Finance Location: Mumbai Experience: 8–10 Years PQE Qualification: CA Industry: Jewellery / Precious Metals We are looking for a senior finance skilled to lead the Accounts & Finance function and drive financial control, reporting, compliance and business finance.

Key Responsibilities - Lead financial accounting, reporting, closing and statutory compliance.
Oversee inventory valuation, costing and financial controls.
Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and regulatory compliance.
Handle banking, working capital, cash flow and forex management.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS and variance analysis.
Strengthen internal controls, processes and automation.
Lead and mentor the finance & accounts team.
Coordinate with auditors,



consultants and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements - CA with 8–10 years of post-qualification experience.
Experience in jewellery, precious metals or a related industry preferred.
Robust understanding of inventory, costing and financial controls.
Solid knowledge of taxation and import/export compliance.
