About the Role
At Highshine, we don't see our website as a digital brochure; we see it as a growth engine. We're looking for a Web Developer who can combine technical skills, analytical thinking, user experience understanding, and marketing collaboration to continuously improve our websites and turn visitors into customers.

This is a hybrid role, roughly 60% hands-on development (React.js, Laravel, MySQL) and 40% growth, optimisation, and marketing collaboration. You'll be the person responsible for ensuring our websites are rapid, effective, measurable, and constantly evolving, building websites, optimising user journeys, running experiments, improving conversion rates, integrating tools, and owning a business-critical digital asset.





You'll report directly to the leadership team and have full deployment authority for day-to-day changes, with major initiatives reviewed jointly with marketing and leadership before rollout.

Key Responsibilities
1) Website Development & Maintenance
Design, build, and maintain company websites across India and Europe using React.js, Laravel, and MySQL, including API integrations, feature builds, and bug fixes. Ensure website reliability, security, hosting, backups, and performance, coordinating with external agencies when required.

2) Website Growth & Optimisation
Own website performance, UX, and conversion rates end-to-end, with a focus on improving conversion rates and reducing page load times; analyse user behaviour and monitor outcomes to identify growth prospects.

3) Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
Run A/B tests and growth experiments on landing pages, forms, CTAs, and user journeys, and implement winning variations in partnership with leadership and marketing
