Role Description The Human Resources Executive role is a full time, in office position based in Kochi. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, attendance and leave administration, and maintaining accurate HR records. The Human Resources Executive will support employee relations by addressing queries, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.



Responsibilities include implementing and updating HR policies, assisting with performance management processes, and coordinating training and development activities.
