Role Description The Project Lead / Sr Administrator is a full-time, in office role based at TGES in Rajkot. This role is responsible for leading academic and administrative projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and effective implementation of school initiatives. Daily activities include planning and monitoring project timelines,



overseeing documentation and reporting, and supporting process improvements across academic and operational functions. The Project Lead / Sr Administrator will collaborate closely with educators, staff, and leadership to streamline workflows, manage resources, and uphold institutional policies and standards. The role also involves stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in teaching and learning settings.
