Role Description This is a full time, on-site Writer role based in Hyderabad. The Writer will create clear, engaging, and accurate written content for a variety of formats, such as job descriptions, marketing collateral, candidate communications, and internal documentation. The role involves researching industry trends and client requirements, drafting and revising content, and ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.

The Writer will collaborate with recruiters, account managers, and leadership to produce materials that support staffing and recruitment efforts. Daily responsibilities include editing and proofreading content, managing deadlines, and maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism in all written deliverables.

Qualifications
Strong writing, web content writing, and creative writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and formats.
Proficiency in research and content strategy to develop accurate,



relevant, and structured content that aligns with business objectives.
Solid proofreading and editing skills, with attention to grammar, clarity, and consistency across documents.
Understanding of marketing and content marketing principles to support employer branding and candidate engagement.
Excellent command of English, with robust written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
Familiarity with staffing, recruitment, or HR services is an advantage; experience writing for qualified or B2B audiences is beneficial.
