Role Description This is a full-time,



in office Relationship Manager role based in Kolkata. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of SME clients, understanding their financing needs, and recommending suitable Mintifi products and solutions. Daily activities include building and maintaining solid client relationships, conducting regular reviews of account performance, and ensuring timely communication on approvals, documentation, and disbursements. The role involves coordinating with internal teams such as credit, operations, and product to enable smooth onboarding, risk assessment, and delivery of financing solutions. The Relationship Manager will also monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and support customer issue resolution to ensure a high-quality client experience.
