Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Executive Assistant cum HR Executive to work closely with the CEO and leadership team while supporting key HR and people operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage CEO calendar, meetings, travel, appointments, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and meeting notes.
Support CEO with confidential administrative and personal requirements.
Manage recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Support attendance, leave, timesheets, payroll coordination, and HR queries.
Assist with employee engagement, training, appraisal, and exit processes.
Support HR policies, compliance, and general HR operations.




Handle administrative coordination and ad-hoc assignments from leadership.

Preference:
1–3 years of experience in HR, Executive Assistance, Administration, or a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid organizational, multitasking, and follow-up abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) .
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and ownership.
Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment.
English proficiency is mandatory; Tamil is preferred.
