Key Responsibilities

Design and develop automation solutions as per project requirements.
PLC programming and troubleshooting using Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Delta, Schneider, etc.
HMI and SCADA development, testing, and commissioning.
Configure and troubleshoot VFDs, Servo Drives, and Motion Control Systems.
Prepare electrical drawings, IO lists, BOMs, and technical documentation.
Perform panel testing, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), and SAT (Site Acceptance Test).
Handle machine commissioning and startup at customer sites.
Integrate automation systems with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, and CANopen.
Troubleshoot electrical control systems and resolve breakdowns.
Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams.




Ensure project completion within timelines and quality standards.
Follow company safety procedures and documentation requirements.

Qualification

BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
