About the Role
Troth Insurance Brokers is looking for a Manager – Accounts, MIS & Payroll to manage day-to-day accounting, management reporting and payroll-related activities. The role requires strong attention to detail, valuable Excel skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with management, employees and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping and financial records.
● Handle accounts payable, receivable, expense tracking and bank reconciliations.
● Prepare regular MIS, financial reports and management summaries.
● Track premiums, commissions, receivables and insurer-related payments wherever required.
● Manage monthly payroll processing, employee reimbursements and related records.
● Coordinate with HR for attendance, leave and other payroll inputs.
● Maintain supporting documents and records for accounts and payroll.




● Coordinate with management, vendors, employees and external accountants wherever required.
● Assist with statutory, tax and compliance-related documentation and requirements.
● Ensure accuracy, timely reporting and proper maintenance of financial records.
Candidate Profile
● 2+ years of experience in Accounts, MIS, Payroll or a related function.
● Experience in the insurance, financial services or a related industry will be preferred.
● Good working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
● Familiarity with Tally or similar accounting software.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
● Positive communication, coordination and organisational skills.
