Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Kanpur. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, presenting solar solutions to prospective customers, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing.



The Sales and Marketing Specialist will develop and execute local marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, and digital outreach to build brand awareness and generate demand. Daily activities include meeting clients, conducting site visits, preparing proposals and cost-benefit analyses, coordinating with technical and installation teams, and providing ongoing customer support. The role also includes tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and sharing market insights to support product and strategy improvements.
