About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive with robust hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently managing day-to-day accounting activities, including vendor and customer reconciliations, payment processing, collections follow-ups, accounting entries, and month-end closing support.
The candidate should have solid MS Excel skills, valuable accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision while coordinating effectively with internal teams, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable (AP)
Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable activities.
Verify vendor invoices, supporting documents, and approvals.
Process vendor payments as per agreed timelines and payment terms.
Perform regular vendor ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of outstanding payables.
Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, payments,



and account-related queries.
Ensure timely accounting of expenses and vendor transactions.
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable activities.
Prepare and maintain customer invoices and receivable records.
Perform regular customer ledger reconciliations.
Track outstanding receivables and follow up with customers for collections.
Maintain accurate ageing reports and monitor overdue payments.
Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
Ensure timely recording and allocation of customer receipts.
General Accounting & Month-End Activities
Pass and maintain accurate accounting entries in the accounting system.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare and maintain account schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
Assist with MIS and periodic financial reports.
