Role Description The Ultrasonic Testing Inspector is a full time,



in office role based in Panihati, responsible for performing ultrasonic examinations and related NDE activities on a variety of components and equipment. The inspector conducts ultrasonic flaw detection and thickness gauging in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications, documenting results with explicit, accurate reports. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing inspection setups, calibrating equipment, interpreting ultrasonic signals, and identifying discontinuities or defects that may affect service performance. The role also involves collaborating with quality and engineering teams, following safety protocols, and maintaining inspection records and traceability. The inspector may support other NDE methods as needed, assist in client communication during inspections, and contribute to continuous improvement of inspection practices.
