Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role based in Chennai. The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce Pandssa Web Media’s services, understand their needs, and promote suitable solutions. Daily tasks include generating and qualifying leads, explaining service offerings clearly, answering questions, and managing objections in a skilled manner. The role involves scheduling appointments or follow-up calls for the sales or project teams,



maintaining accurate call records in designated systems, and meeting individual and team-based performance targets. The Telemarketer will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and a positive customer experience.
