Location: Sanaswadi, Pune
Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month
Position: Quality Assurance Manager
Key Responsibilities
Lead and maintain ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).
Manage Incoming, In-Process and Final Quality Inspection.
Handle Customer Complaints, 8D, CAPA and NCRs.
Manage Internal, Customer and ISO/External Audits.
Establish and monitor Quality KPIs, Objectives and Process Controls.
Drive reduction of Rejection, Rework, Scrap and Cost of Poor Quality.
Ensure Customer Specification, Product Traceability and Quality Compliance.
Support Recent Product Development, Trials and First Article Inspection.
Lead and develop the Quality Team.
Promote Continuous Improvement, 5S and Quality Awareness across the organization.




Escalate critical quality issues and provide regular quality performance reports to Management.
Authority & Accountability
The Quality Manager will have authority to hold/reject non-conforming materials, stop production or dispatch in case of critical quality issues, raise NCRs and ensure corrective actions.
The position will be fully accountable for the Quality Assurance, Quality Control and QMS functions of Convertex India Pvt. Ltd.
