Role Description The Associate (Sales) – Edtech Experienced role is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. In this role, the associate will engage prospective learners through calls, emails, and in-person interactions to understand their educational and career goals, and recommend suitable online programs offered on the UNext platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing leads,



conducting product demos, explaining program perks and outcomes, and guiding prospects through the enrollment process. The associate will also collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies, meet or exceed targets, and provide feedback on learner needs and market trends. Maintaining accurate records in CRM tools and ensuring a professional, learner-centric experience throughout the sales cycle are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications
Proven experience in B2C or B2B sales, preferably in edtech, education services, or similar domains, with a robust track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present programs clearly, build rapport, and handle objections professionally.
Comfort with using CRM systems, sales tools, and basic office productivity software to manage leads, track interactions, and report
