nPurpose
nResponsible for the development and maintenance of software solutions for recent and existing projects. Deep technical skills are required, along with an ability to understand how all pieces fit together and are validated in a complex, distributed system. Configuration, and maintenance of solutions within the Allscripts Practice Management (PM) platform. The role requires deep expertise in Allscripts PM database architecture, stored procedures, and application functionality, combined with solid knowledge of revenue cycle management (RCM) billing workflows.
nDuties and Responsibilities

Develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecyclen
Perform in-depth analysis of database tables and schemas to support reporting,



and integrations enhancements.n
Design and implement custom reports and data extracts to support operations and management decision-making.n
Build and maintain integrations between internal and external systems including clearinghouses, payers, and EHRs. Document technical solutions, data mappings, and process flows to maintain a reliable knowledge base.n
Leverage AI development tools for rapid development and productivity accelerationn
Actively participates hand on in product developmentn
Develop prototypes to prove the solutions business value to the Product Requirementsn
Respond to stakeholder requirements from a requirements & technology standpoint and discuss concepts, solutions, technical feasibility & risks with themn
Participate in knowledge-sharing code reviewsn
Adhere to the Code of Conduct and be familiar with all compliance policies and proceduresn
